  1. What is the ODN?
    The ODN is the basic information area for Star Trek: A Call To Duty. Here you will find everything you need to understand the game and gather information on the various ships, stations, and characters you interact with. It is split into sections clearly marked by links to help you navigate the area as smoothly as possible.
  2. How do I log in?
    After entering http://odn.acalltoduty.com, you will see a box on the left side of your screen that says .Login_ODN.. Enter your username and password, then click submit. Your username, serial number, date and time will appear where the login box was. To keep from having to log in every time you visit the ODN, click on enable just below your user information. This will automatically log you into the ODN for each visit until cookies from your computer are erased.
  3. How do I retrieve my forgotten password?
    Proceed as if you are going to login to the ODN. Beneath where it asks for username and password, you will find .Forgot your username and/or password? Click here.. Click on the link. Enter your serial number and primary email address. Your user name and password will be emailed to you. If you have forgotten you serial number or primary email address, send an email to helpdesk@acalltoduty.com. Include your name and your situation in the email. Someone usually responds within 24 hours.
  4. How do I change my primary email address?
    This information can be changed two ways. After you have logged in, you will see your name on the left side of the screen. This is a link to your personal information. Click on it. Change your email address then click submit. You will receive a confirmation email. It is vital that you confirm the change or your ODN account will be locked for security purposes. If you do not receive the email or have trouble with the confirmation link, email helpdesk@acalltoduty.com.
  5. How do I apply for an additional character?
    Log in to the ODN then click on "Personnel." On the left side, you will see links to the member lists, vessel rosters, etc. Just below is a link that says "Create Character." Click on the link, choose the division for your new character, then enter your proposed biography. Once you are done, click submit. The Personnel Manager will contact you once your profile has been approved.
  6. How do I apply for training in a different division?
    Log in to the ODN then click on "Training." On the left side of the screen just below your user information, you will see "Enlist." Click on this link, choose the division you want for training, then follow the instructions.
  7. How do I reinstate an old character?
    Log in to the ODN then click on "Personnel." On the left side beneath your user information, you will see "reinstate character." Click on the link, choose the character you wish to reinstate, then follow the instructions.
  8. How do I update my character's profile?
    Log in to the ODN then click on "Personnel." On the left side beneath your user information, click on "Member Lists." Next, click on "Assigned Characters." Find and click on your name. You will see two small icons next to your character name. Green is "view." Blue is "edit." Click on the blue icon. Enter whatever changes are needed noting that you may NOT change your character's species. Once you are done, click "submit." You will be notified via email once the Personnel Manager has approved your changes.
  9. How do I add an email address for each of my characters?
    Log in to the ODN then click on "Personnel." On the left side beneath your user information, click on "Member Lists." Next, click on "Assigned Characters." Find and click on your name. You will see two small icons next to your character name. Green is "view." Blue is "edit." Click on the blue icon. Enter the email address you want for your character. Once you are done, click "submit." You will receive an email confirming the change. If the email address on a character is left blank, the ODN automatically uses your primary email address for anything pertaining to that character.
  10. I made changes on the ODN, now it says "Account Locked" when I try to log in. What do I do?
    In order to provide security for your personal information on the ODN, the account is automatically locked whenever you make changes. A confirmation email is sent to your primary account. Just click on the link provided in the email to confirm changes and unlock your account. If you do not receive the email within 24 hours of submitting your changes, email helpdesk@acalltoduty.com for assistance.
